Generally our stay in the Golden Tulip Hotel Central Molitor Luxembourg was nice. The breakfast buffet was very rich and tasty. Two negative things: Our room was quite small, not what we expected from a 4* hotel. And there was a noise in the room, coming from some device, maybe a ventilation, but for sure not the room's air-condition (which we never switched on). This noise was specially irritating during the night. Fortunately we were so tired that we could still sleep.

We parked our car at the parking garage. When leaving the garage there was nobody to open the gate. We ringed the bell several times, called Brinks and after 45 minutes of waiting (we had an appointment and because of the parking we were there too late), we paid at the machine. When we asked to refund the difference of money at the hotel, the lady showed her irritations too obvious. At the end she gave us our money back. There was a marathon in Luxemburg, the hotel didn't tell us, although they new that we were leaving with the car during the evening. The result: a three hours stay at a cafe at the border of the city, because of the marathon and the impossibility to go back to the hotel. At 1.15 during the night, we reached the hotel....

This hotel offered an exceptional value! The hotel staff went above and beyond to offer suggestions about what to do, where to go and eat, and acommodate our early arrival and departure. On top of all that, the breakfast food was delicious with a very large variety - it was INCREDIBLE. I can't wait to be able to return.

We alway enjoy our stay at the Golden Tulip when we visit Luxembourg. The warm hospitality, comfortable rooms and central location make it the ideal spot for a relaxing and enjoyable visit. We can walk to town, or catch a bus directly across the street from the Hotel. The staff are very attentive - the main reason we return time after time. We recommend this quaint, reasonably priced hotel!

We love the Golden Tulip which is centrally located within 5 minutes of the city center. Breakfast is substantial and very tasty. The service at breakfast is friendly and efficient as is the service at the front desk. We have been here several times and would certainly recommend this hotel to friends and colleagues.
